GRAD PARTY TICKET INFORMATION & CONSENT

I have been made aware of the purpose of the Project Graduation Celebration and its various activities and agree that to the best of my knowledge, my child is physically able to safely participate in the celebration.

I give my permission for the BRHS Project Graduation to seek emergency or urgent medical/dental care for my above mentioned child, in the event that I cannot be reached. I agree to pay for all medical/dental expenses associated with such care.

Tickets must be purchased prior to the event. Tickets will NOT be available at the door.

No physical ticket will be issued. Students will need their ID to check-in with at the event.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS ARE ALLOWED.

Only clear bags will be allowed. All students who purchase tickets will be provided at check-in with a clear cinch sack for their personal belongings. ALL BAGS ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH.

There will be NO alcohol or drugs in any part in Broad Run High School or parking lot.

There will be NO smoking or vaping in any part in the Broad Run High School or parking lot.

If I am caught smoking/vaping, drinking or using drugs at the event, I will be asked to leave and my parent/guardian will be notified.

I understand that if I let someone into the event that has not paid to be at the event, I will be asked to leave.

Proper attire is required. Students should dress in casual clothes (shorts & t-shirts recommended).

Only BRHS graduating seniors may attend - dates/other friends will not be admitted.

No admittance 30 minutes after party start time. Students will enter through the main doors next to the Aux Gym DOOR B-9.

If you leave BRHS for any reason, you will not be allowed to re-enter.

If a student wants to leave before the event ends, parents will be notified before the student is allowed to leave the building.

Students must stay until the end of the event to be eligible for the prize drawings.

Project Graduation tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
